The One Enterprise Public Company Limited (ONEE) took part in the “SET Opportunity Day” event, hosted by the Stock Exchange of Thailand, providing a platform for a wide range of investors to hear the company’s business outlook, strategic direction, and upcoming trends. The session also offered an open Q&A with management, ensuring fair disclosure and reinforcing the company’s commitment to Good Governance under its ESG policy.

This edition of ONEE’s Opportunity Day was presented by Mr. Naran Poomsiri (Group Chief Financial Officer – CFO) and Mr. Nipas Lapikanont (Investor Relations – IR), who jointly updated investors on the company’s performance and strategic priorities.

Mr. Naran Poomsiri – the CFO, unveiled the Group’s Q3/2025 financial performance, reporting total revenue of THB 2,007.08mn, up 9.83% YoY, and a net profit of THB 203.80mn, climbing 22.34% YoY and soaring 135.30% QoQ. The profit surge was fueled by explosive growth in the Idol Marketing business, stronger gross-margin management in the segment, and merchandising lines that hit the sweet spot with fans. Efficient artist cost control further boosted performance. On top of that, strict cost discipline helped push SG&A down as a percentage of total revenue, adding even more lift to the bottom line.

Driving the revenue surge in this quarter was ONEE’s Idol Marketing business, which skyrocketed to THB 996.62mn, up a stunning 66.59% YoY. Spotting the explosive trend early, the Company doubled down with a mix of Boy-Love, Girl-Love, Boy-Girl pairings, rising new-face talents, and its breakout stars — the Mascot Idols, led by the fan-favorite “POLCASAN” and a growing cast of mascot companions now booking presenter gigs like full-fledged celebrities. The momentum marks one of the most exciting new trends in Thailand’s entertainment landscape. Meanwhile, the Concert & Event arm delivered its own firepower, rolling out 84 concerts and fan meetings across Thailand and overseas in Q3 alone — a powerhouse driver pushing Thai soft power onto the global stage.

Meanwhile, ONEE’s Content Marketing division is still battling headwinds from a sluggish advertising market. But the Company isn’t sitting still. It’s pivoting hard to online audiences, pumping out digital-first content — and the results are loud and clear. The Company’s YouTube channel “One Playground” is racking up massive views and followers, proving the shift is paying off. ONEE is doubling down on fresh, diverse content for major OTT platforms, while simultaneously licensing its shows around the world — a strategy that not only boosts revenue but also pushes its artists into the global spotlight, feeding momentum straight back into its booming Idol Marketing business.

The dip in licensing revenue reflects a deliberate strategic move: shifting premium titles to the Company’s own OTT platform, “oneD,” to build a stronger lineup of exclusive content. It’s a long-game investment — designed to pull more viewers onto the platform and cement ONEE’s future in the digital arena.

ONEE’s Production Business remains the upstream backbone of its entertainment ecosystem, though revenue dipped slightly this quarter as the company focused more on building Original Content to strengthen future growth.

The real standout is the surge in Idol Marketing, which reinforces ONEE’s vision as a Content Creator & Lifestyle Entertainment leader. No longer tied to traditional TV, but driving strong growth across multiple platforms.

ONEE expects a significant rollout of premium concert and event content towards the end of 2025.

The year-end lineup is packed with premium, star-studded content, featuring top-tier talents in major titles such as Twins – Decalcomania, The Wicked Game, Me and Thee, Goddess Bless You From Death, and more.

And the excitement doesn’t stop there — Q4/2025 is packed with full-scale concert and event action, including the GMMTV Starlympics 2025, the LYKN Dusk & Dawn Concert, and a series of overseas fan meetings.
